Torch Technologies is currently seeking a highly experienced, self-motivated Senior Analyst or Senior Engineer.
The candidate will provide programmatic support of the MDA Test Support System (TSS), SIMDIS System, Test Control System (TCS), and FT Comms to include: Generating / coordinating Financial Taskers; supporting monthly financial reviews with the COR to discuss upcoming financial requirements; utilize DAI reports for asset expenditures; develop timely Status Reports; develop RFAs; respond to budget taskers (CRA, PBR,Carry-Over, UFRs, Travel Budget, Cybersecurity, ULOs, Impacts, Funds Exhaust Dates); support IGE/Cost Model process for Core and Mission support, and develop Financial Content Review Charts (when required).
The candidate will provide programmatic support of FT Comms to include: Generating / coordinating Financial Taskers include review and update of monthly MIPR History reports from each of the FT Comms EAs. Maintain a complete FT Comms MIPR History; distribute to FT Comms team. Review monthly financial input from EAs; utilize DAI reports for asset expenditures, develop timely MSRs; submit MSRs to asset manager for review. Follow-up with EAs for acceptance of funds and return of unused funds in a timely manner.
Additionally, the candidate will provide the following programmatic support of multiple DTRI assets to include: Generating / coordinating RFPs for mission support activities, and development of budgetary estimate for mission support. Review RFP response from Prime Contractor for technical evaluation. Develop technical evaluation form for asset manager for review, update,and signature. Interface with TRMs for mission funding.Update Test Resource Master Plan (TRMP) annually for DTRI asset inputs. Maintain current asset Overview briefings. Respond to Ad Hoc Requests/E-taskers, update/maintain Punchlist for Gov’t Lead. Maintain list/description of asset accomplishments throughout the FY. Support asset Technical Status Review telecons with Gov’t Asset Manager and Prime Contractor. Update/maintain Punchlist for Gov’tLead. Ensure generation of reporting requirements for weekly SITREP and monthly DTR Update.
Position is located in Huntsville however, travel is required.
A Bachelor's Degree in engineering or a related field and 5+ years of experience is required. Candidate must be confident operating with all levels of MDA leadership, engineering, and non-technical support personnel. Proficient computer skills are required, including Microsoft Office Word, Outlook, and Excel. Candidate must have a valid state driver’s license.
