Program Analyst 3 (Full-time)

Colorado Springs, CO

Torch Technologies, a 100% employee owned company, has the following opening: Seeking a Program/Financial analyst to support multiple government organizations with their financial planning, execution, and reporting.

Requires excellent communication skills with co-workers, executives and senior level government personnel. Needs to be proficient in Microsoft Excel, experience with Microsoft PowerPoint. 

Minimum Requirements Include:
- Experience with government financials systems including GFEBS, ATAAPS, ARES and AICIS.
- Experience with government budget obligation plan development and execution tracking at the directorate level.
- Develop out year budget planning and charts to depict funding requirements.

- Assist government customers with POM planning
- Develop and report cost, schedule and budget associated with multiple programs

- Financial management support for Government function chiefs to include generating work plans, accounting for rate changes, travel, materials, and contracts.
- Develop processes and procedures to effectively manage and execute different levels and types of funding for multiple functions, programs, and directorates.
- Provide financial status for Internal Program Reviews

Candidate must have a minimum of 8 years' experience.
