Senior Level Engineer/Analysis (Full-time)

Huntsville, AL

Torch Technologies is currently seeking an experienced, Senior-level Engineer/Analysis to manage information security to the Product Director, Aviation Networks and Mission Planning (PD ANMP).  Position is currently funded and is located at Redstone Arsenal, AL. 

Duties involve technical leadership of PD ANMP products including: Integrated Data Modem (IDM), Aviation Mission Planning System (AMPS), and Centralized Aviation Flight Records System (CAFRS).  Candidates are expected to provide information security consulting services (including engineering, architecture, vulnerability assessments, and security and threat analysis) and work all phases of the Assess and Authorize RMF lifecycle and perform security analysis, configuration management in support of Authority to Operate (ATO).  Candidates must understand and apply controls and perform DSS/DISA STIG reviews to ensure cybersecurity program compliance with Government statutes, AR 25-2, DoD 8510.01, DoD 8500.2 Cybersecurity Controls, DoD FISMA directives.  

Successful candidates must possess a BS degree, or higher, in Engineering or Computer Science / Information Systems, and 11 years of experience supporting information assurance and technical leadership of Aviation Systems, or software intensive DoD systems.  

Position requires that candidate possess a current security clearance in order to access classified information. Inability to maintain a security clearance will result in candidate being ineligible for this position. Up to 10% travel will be required.
