Transitioning from military life is a monumental change. Torch wants to make the transition a rewarding and exciting experience. TRANSITIONING FROM MILITARY WORKLIFE

Paying It Forward

"Since Torch was founded in 2002, we have existed to support the Warfighter, our employees, and the communities we live. Torch products and services directly support the men and women who serve our nation’s military. Many of us are veterans and we understand the transitions required when that service ends. The skills, discipline and training veterans bring to the workforce are critical to support the warfighter. Whether your skills involve aviation, missile defense, modeling and simulation, cybersecurity or one of many other related military disciplines, Torch’s employee-owners would appreciate the opportunity to discuss how a career at Torch may provide another opportunity to serve our nation’s defense. Together, we can be 'lighting the pathway of freedom.' " ~ Jim Diehl | USAF Vietnam era Vet., Corporate Chief of Staff, Alabama
