Torch Joins INCOSE Corporate Advisory Board
Torch Technologies (Torch) has recently become a member of the prestigious International Council on Systems Engineering (INCOSE) Corporate Advisory Board (CAB). In becoming a member of the CAB, Torch is proud to be joining a distinguished and motivated set of organizations striving to improve and advance the practice of Systems Engineering.
Membership on the INCOSE CAB places Torch in a strategic position to help shape the future of INCOSE and Systems Engineering. The CAB meets collectively twice a year at the INCOSE International Workshop and at the INCOSE International Symposium. INCOSE provides a wealth of benefits to its corporate members.
CAB membership allows Torch to guide the direction of the discipline, and Torch employee-owners can gain access to the state-of-the-art products. Membership on the INCOSE CAB also accelerates the transformation of systems engineering to a model-based discipline where Torch can build a broad community that promotes and advances model-based engineering, as well as the role that model-based systems engineering plays in it.
"Advancing and maturing the MBSE Practice is a corporate commitment of Torch and is anchored by our talented systems engineering and modeling and simulation employee-owner workforce" stated President and CEO John Watson.
The Torch team looks forward to working with INCOSE to forge forward with a better world through a systems approach. With digital engineering, MBSE, and new System Engineering tools in the toolbox, INCOSE is the premier choice of systems engineers everywhere for their professional development needs.
