Torch Named One of the Best Workplaces for Millennials by Great Place to Work® and FORTUNE

Great Place to Work and FORTUNE have honored Torch Technologies as one of the 2018 Best Workplaces for Millennials. The ranking considered input from more than 434,000 employees from Great Place to Work-Certified™ companies. Rankings are based on employees' experiences, no matter who they are or what they do for the organization.

Great Place to Work, a research and consulting firm, evaluated more than 50 elements of team members' experience on the job. These included employee pride in the organization's community impact, belief that their work makes a difference, and feeling their work has special meaning. Torch has achieved this unique culture through a number of programs including the Society of Torch Emerging Professionals (STEPs), a voluntary internal group that currently has more than 70 members and focuses on professional development, networking, and community outreach opportunities for early career professionals.
