The ranking considered input from more than 51,000 employees in the Consulting & Professional Services sector. Great Place to Work, a research and consulting firm, evaluated more than 50 elements of team members' experience on the job. Rankings are based on employees' experiences, no matter who they are or what they do. Torch Technologies took the No. 3 spot on the Small and Medium Companies list.
