Torch Receives Fortune Best Workplaces for Millennials 2022

 

Consulting firm Great Place to Work® and Fortune magazine have named Torch one of the country’s 2022 Best Workplaces for Millennials, ranked #78 on the Large Companies list. The winning companies were selected based on anonymous responses to the Trust Index© survey, Great Place to Work’s employee assessment survey that was completed by employee-owners in the summer of 2022. Torch also received this award in 2018, 2020 and 2021. In the survey, employees rated more than 60 elements of their experience on the job. Eighty-five percent of the evaluation is based on what millennials say about their experiences of trust and reaching their full human potential as part of their organization. The remaining 15 percent of the rank is based on an assessment of millennials’ daily experiences of innovation, the company’s values, and the effectiveness of their leaders.
